High-quality low-carbon cold-rolled steel plates are selected (grade conforming to Q235B or SPHC standards), with steel purity ≥99.5%, and harmful impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus content ≤0.04%, ensuring the formability and corrosion resistance of the steel cylinders.
After the steel plates arrive at the factory, component analysis and mechanical performance testing (tensile strength, elongation) are performed to eliminate unqualified raw materials. Fully automatic sandblasting equipment is used to remove scale, oil stains, and impurities from the surface of the steel plates, achieving a surface cleanliness of Sa2.5, providing a clean base for subsequent stamping and welding.
