Product Introduction
1. Exterior Wall Pre-treatment
The exterior wall undergoes three steps of treatment: degreasing, pickling, and phosphating, to remove oil stains and oxide layers, enhancing coating adhesion.
2. Anti-corrosion Coating
Using electrostatic powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing process:
- Powder coating process: Environmentally friendly polyester powder coating is used, with a coating thickness of 60-80μm, and adhesion reaching Level 1 of GB/T 9286 standard;
- Galvanizing process: Hot-dip galvanized layer thickness ≥85μm, no red rust after 480h salt spray test, suitable for storage in humid environments.
3. Label Printing
Using screen printing technology, key information is clearly marked on the bottle body: product name, capacity specifications, food-grade label, safety warnings ("Do not inhale," "Keep away from high temperatures"), production batch number, applicable standards, etc. The printed pattern is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.
1. Sealing Component Assembly
Food-grade nitrile rubber gaskets and pierceable metal sealing caps are installed. The sealing cap is manufactured using a stamping process, with a thickness of ≥0.8mm, ensuring no leakage after piercing. Initial sealing testing is performed after assembly.
2. Integrated Safety Pressure Relief Device
An internal safety pressure relief disc is installed at a pre-set position on the bottle body. The pressure relief pressure is precisely set to 1.2 times the rated working pressure of the cylinder. When the internal pressure exceeds the limit, it automatically ruptures and releases pressure, eliminating the risk of explosion.
