Factory Full Performance Testing

Each batch of products undergoes 100% testing as follows, and only those that pass are allowed to leave the factory:

1.Air tightness test: Using the water bath method, compressed air is injected to the rated working pressure, and the cylinder is immersed in water for 5 minutes without any bubbles;

2.Pressure resistance test: Pressurized to 1.5 times the rated working pressure, maintained for 30 seconds, with no deformation or leakage of the cylinder;

3.Dimensional accuracy testing: A three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument is used to measure the diameter, height, and interface dimensions of the cylinder, and the tolerances meet the design requirements;

4.Food contact safety testing: Migration testing is conducted quarterly by a third-party testing agency to ensure that the migration of heavy metals and harmful substances meets national and international standards.

Finished Product Packaging and Warehousing

1.Packaging Process

Inner packaging: Individually packaged in food-grade polyethylene plastic bags to prevent scratching of the coating during transportation;

2.Outer packaging

Five-layer corrugated cardboard boxes are used, with cushioning foam inside. Each box contains a fixed quantity (12/24 pieces), and the outside of the box is marked with transportation labels such as "Pressure Vessel" and "Handle with Care";

3.Export packaging

Complies with sea/air dangerous goods packaging standards (UN certified), with added pallet reinforcement to meet international logistics requirements.

4.Warehousing Standards

Finished products are stored in a cool and dry warehouse, with a temperature of ≤25℃ and a relative humidity of ≤60%, away from fire sources and acid/alkaline substances. Stacking height is ≤5 layers to prevent deformation of the cylinders due to pressure.
