This is a safety threshold established based on extensive experimental data and practical operating experience. During this period, the cylinder may undergo multiple filling and discharging cycles, and its material properties and structural integrity will gradually change due to variations in internal medium pressure, fluctuations in external environmental temperature and humidity, and potential minor corrosion.
